Audit & Advice Services
Make sure you book in your free, initial 30 min call, to help you choose the right option for you.
Audit
£400 per session (4hrs).
We book audits in half day chunks (4hrs). This allows us time to review your implementation, discuss changes and make those.
There will not be time for a data cleanse - if this is needed to move on, the session can be split into two 2hr slots.
Advice by the hour
£100 per hour.
If just want some support on an ad-hoc basis, then you can book in 1 hour of advice, which can be used in timeslots of a minimum of 15 minutes, until you have used up your hour.
This allows you to either have a more detailed discussion or ask quick questions when you get stuck.
Advice by the half day
£160 per 2hrs.
If you know you need more time and your change is bigger, why not book in a 2hr timeslot and get a 20% discount (vs getting advice by the hour).
If we finish early, any time left over, can be utilised at a later date.
Any work that we agree to be performed offline (so you’re not bored watching us do it) forms part of the time you have bought. Feel free to stay on and watch.
Support & Maintenance
For new & existing clients.
Enhanced
From as little as £300 per month, for as long as you need.
If we have implemented your solution, enhanced support is built into your package.
New? If you are less confident and you want a good amount of regular contact, call us to agree what will work best for you.
On-Going
From as little as £100 per month.
If we have implemented your solution, we will discuss what works best for you as we map out the implementation project and our relationship with you.

Implementation

Please read our “why we can’t give you a price?” summary in Implementation.
Our Implementations include requirements gathering, building, testing, training, Go-Live and post Go-Live support.
Until we know how complicated your requirement it, we cannot calculate the price.
We can split the Project into phases, allowing you to book in work and therefore costs over time.
Training - Custom
Price on request -starting from £250
As with Implementations, the price depends entirely on how personalised the training is and how long it takes.
